He is generally unshaven, covered in stains and intoxicated, wandering the streets of whichever city is unfortunate enough to be graced by his drunken presence. Josh has been unemployed for most of his life likely due to his autism, and has no real hobbies or skills, except drinking colossal amounts of alcohol. He drinks constantly, and has been on a non-stop bender for some years now. His popularity on [[Social Media Accounts|social media]] has led to many [[trolls]] finding him and yelling the catchphrase, [["Put the Fries in the Bag"|"Put the fries in the bag!"]] which causes him to have a meltdown, better known as a crashout. Josh appears to have little to no inhibitions, he is known to wander the streets drenched in vomit or alcohol, and frequently pees [[Street Pissing Incident|in the street]], [[Beatbox Incident|on the train]] or in his pants. Josh is well known to be [[Animal Cruelty|cruel to animals]], he has [[Fish Stomping Incident|stomped a fish to death]], thrown a fish out a window, and frequently threatens to hit or eat Mr. Based's pets, kicks [[Frankie]] the dog, and asked if he could shoot an emu. Over the years, Josh's [[Homeless Era|lack of accomodation]], [[Josh's Hygiene|unhygienic]] lifestyle, and chronic alcoholism have warped his body to become bloated and bent over, with swollen cheeks, pale skin and a red nose, moldy yellow teeth, and lifeless eyes.

Joshua Paul Block was born on the 7th of August 2001 to [[Family|Laura Block and Allen Block]]. Joshua is of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage, but he claims to be Italian through his mother's side. He has one older brother Jacob Block, who is rumoured to be schizophenic and living in a group home, although this is unconfirmed.

Josh was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He frequently claims that his father is a drug addict who abused him and then abandoned his family, and is currently in rehab. Josh was born with [[autism]] which resulted in near constant stimming, which can be seen in a video recorded by young Josh while on an [[Amtrak Train Video|Amtrak Train]], where he is heard repeating words. Josh became interested in photography and videography when he was eight years old after his grandfather gave him a Nikon camera.

At the age of 14, Josh's mother died of ovarian cancer, resulting in Josh moving to Patchogue, New York, where he was taken in by his [[Grandpa Block|grandfather]], who became his legal guardian. Block attended Patchogue-Medford High School and graduated with a Regents diploma in 2021.
