On July 4, 2025, Josh had one of the most intense meltdowns he ever had, even being violent toward Tony Bame during the stream. It is unknown what triggered the crashout as the stream started as it was happening, but it was worsened with trolls frybagging him. Josh's meltdown was so intense that he resisted being held back and spat on the trolls. He also got very aggressive to many people who were trying to hold him back. Tony also crashed out on Josh after he spat on them, leading him to break down. Josh was later arrested by the LAPD.
The arrest comes after Josh’s “sober week”. It is currently unknown what exactly caused Josh to get arrested and crash out hard.
