He was confirmed to be in rehabilitation on January 17, 2026 by Michael Quinn and Mr. Based.[1] Fans noted that text messages were not sending to him, meaning that his phone has been turned off.
On January 23, 2026, it was confirmed that Josh will be in rehab for at least 30-45 days instead 10 which was previously thought. Many believe that his plot armor may have truly broken.[2]
