Rehab Arc
The Rehab Arc began on January 17, 2026.
On January 14, 2026, Josh had a court hearing for his 4th of July Incident battery charge, and was ordered to undergo a month of alcohol treatment. He was confirmed to be in rehabilitation on January 17, 2026 by Michael Quinn and Mr. Based.[1] Fans noted that text messages were not sending to him, meaning that his phone has been turned off.
On January 23, 2026, it was confirmed that Josh will be in rehab for at least 30-45 days instead 10 which was previously thought. Many believe that his plot armor may have truly broken.[2] While Josh is in rehab, Tony got access to Josh's Instagram account and began posting old photos of Josh on it, further fueling fans' hatred toward him.
Josh was released from rehab on February 17, 2026 after spending one month there, confirming the 30-day period. He was likely transferred to a halfway house to continue his sobriety.
