September 2025 Club Incident
During the early hours of September 26, 2025, Josh had one of his most intense meltdowns after leaving a club with Tony. [1] The crashout was triggered by a fryby, and Josh, who was notably very drunk, began to scream, attempt to assault multiple people, kick cars and even bite Tony at one point. Earlier in the night, Josh began to vomit profusely on a party bus, with many fans suspecting there was blood in his vomit. [2]
Background
Josh and Tony arrived in Scottsdale the day prior and attended a party with what appears to be college students. Josh initially believed he had retrieved his passport and began celebrating but became aggressive toward another attendee who teased him about the passport being in Newport after attempts were made to get him to crash out. Later, the group boarded a party bus to go to a club, during which Josh vomited into the bus toilet while others watched and laughed. The vomit appeared red, leading some to speculate that it contained blood. Despite his glasses falling into the toilet, he retrieved and continued wearing them. Josh then played a saxophone before entering the club and spent $700 on a bottle of Captain Morgan, much to Tony's disbelief.
Crashout
After leaving the club, Josh was fry-byed while taking photos. He became scared and called for help, while the rest of the group condemned the individual. When another person approached Josh with a trash bag, he became increasingly agitated, threatening to destroy his phone, claiming his jaw was injured, and wanting to go to Italy. During the meltdown, he also yelled for Trump to ban TikTok, bit his hand, and shouted repeatedly.
Josh continued to act aggressively, making threats toward others and attempting to bite them. He tried to break his glasses, which remained intact. At one point, he attempted to strike Tony and subsequently bashed his head against a brick wall before running into the street. When offered a rose, he destroyed it and spat at the giver. He tried to attack Tony again, prompting Tony to intervene and warn him about being arrested. Josh replied that he was willing to return to jail. The situation escalated when another individual approached him, resulting in Josh hitting himself, referencing the Fish Stomping Incident and hitting his head against a window.
