Marylou is a restaurant located right below Mr. Based's Apartment. During the Galaxy Gas Stream, Josh got on their glass roof and proceeded to partially crack a panel by jumping on it, presumably hallucinating stomping on the fish again, while high on nitrous. Mr. Based often films customers there without their consent.
