Josh and Drugs
While Josh is primarily known for his drinking, he has used other drugs such as caffeine, mushrooms, marijuana, DXM, and nicotine. They are all a contributor to his declining health, both physical and mental
Caffeine

Prior to Josh drinking, he was known to be addicted to caffeine, to the point that he made a song describing his love for the caffeinated drinks of coffee and boba. To this day, Josh still loves caffeinated beverages such as Twisted Tea and Espresso Martinis, and will often mix drinks with Red Bull, an energy drink with caffeine.
Alcohol

Ever since Josh began drinking in Mexico, he has been on a non-stop drinking binge that will probably last until he dies or gets thrown in jail.
Nicotine

Josh frequently uses vapes and zyns. He also sometimes uses chews and cigarettes. Josh is often seen gripping a Zyn in his hand and often litters them once done.
