"Bag of Debris" is a term used to describe a tote bag or reusable shopping bag which Joshua Block carries around with him, containing most of his personal belongings. In addition, despite often traveling, Josh never actually brings any legitimate form of luggage or even a backpack, and has been spotted traveling multiple times only carrying a Bag of Debris.[1][2][3][4]
Josh has been carrying a Bag of Debris around since at least 2023[5][6], but there have been rare instances where the bag took the form of more proper luggage.[6][7]
Incidents
- In October 2024, Josh left behind a Hershey's Chocolate World reusable bag, in which the contents consisted of trash (literal debris), some Zyns, and an old lemon.[8] Josh either retrieved this bag at some point, or purchased a new one, as he was seen with the same one 3 months later.[9]
- Josh's attempt to enter the United Arab Emirates was likely foiled in part by the fact that, instead of packing luggage, Josh only brought what appeared to be a $1 Target reusable shopping bag.[10]
