On the night of June 1, 2025, Josh experienced a series of public meltdowns across multiple locations, much of which was captured on livestreams. The incident began during a party on a yacht, where Josh lost his captain's hat, triggering his first major meltdown of the night. His behavior became more erratic, culminating in him punching holes in walls on Jack Doherty’s property and bashing his head into a car window.

Following the initial crashout, Josh ended his stream despite Tony Bame’s efforts to keep it live. Jack continued streaming as the group returned to his Cybertruck, where Josh began aggressively demanding his suitcase and complaining. At one point, a passing car fry-bagged him which led to another meltdown. Josh began screaming, repeating his catchphrases, attempted to bite himself, and headbutted a car, leaving a dent.

On the ride home, Josh called his grandmother and continued venting. Once back at Jack’s house, Jack showed Josh the room he would be staying in. Upon realizing his Captain’s Hat was still missing, Josh had yet another meltdown. He begged the group to call the yacht. Jack pretended to make the call, but Josh reacted by putting a hole in the wall. Mr. Based then called and remarked that the situation was “good content” and should be filmed. Josh broke down in tears, saying the hat was irreplaceable and that if it was truly lost, “it’s over.” The stream was briefly ended at this point.

Later, Josh convinced the group to go out again. Tony Bame, in an apparent attempt to calm him down, encouraged Josh to mix kava with alcohol. During the outing, a group approached for a photo but instead frybagged Josh again, sparking a third meltdown. An off-duty or former police officer intervened and escorted Josh into an Uber.

On the way home, Josh called his grandfather, claiming his jaw had been broken and stating he wanted to turn himself in for armed robbery. When Tony and Jack offered to take him to the police station, Josh quickly panicked and backpedaled, shouting, “NO NO NO, I didn’t mean it!”

Upon returning home, Josh realized he had left his charger in the living room. Mistakenly thinking it had been stolen, he experienced another minor meltdown.
