Douglas Skates

Douglas Skates, also known as Young Dougla is one of the most notorious trolls in the lore. Josh often refers to him as the Evil Witch. He has appeared every time that Josh has been to Las Vegas. At one point, he was able to trick Josh into thinking that he was a different person named Rougla. Josh only found out after he left Las Vegas that time. He has now become Josh's Las Vegas handler.
