A few hours before his birthday party, while walking through the streets of Nashville, Josh was frybagged multiple times, causing him to crashout. Josh began by screaming his usual crashout phrases at the frybagger, threatening to fight him, as well as pretending to smashing his phone, then screaming and running aimlessly through the streets, even shouting basically shouting "HE HAS A GUN!!!!", witch could be considered a crime akin to yelling fire in a theater.
