The Club Fitness Incident occurred on May 27, 2025, while Josh was in St. Louis with Tony Bame. After Josh's intense work-out with a training bar, a young man approached Josh and asked for a picture. After Josh declined, he was promptly fry-bagged. This caused Josh to run full speed after the fry-bagger before tripping on a metal sign (according to the camera man's comments in the Parti chat) and wounding his knee. Josh screamed loudly from the traumatic injury, eventually crying out that his leg was broken.

Two new angles from two separate cameras were uploaded, the first features a bystander's view. The second features the view from the fry-bagger themselves. There is a third, which is simply a quick commentary on the Parti stream.[2]
There is also a slowed down version of the fry-bagger's angle, which shows there is a possibility of Tony pulling Josh to the gym floor on accident.[3]

Another TikTok uploaded angle. Josh cries about wanting to get out of the country and pleads to go home to Italy. The fry-baggers then continued to fry-bag Josh in the parking lot, causing extra duress to the already injured captain.[5]

After the incident, Josh posted on Tiktok the following paragraph. "I went for a routine workout at the gym and someone intentionally tripped me and it left an inch long cut in my knee it's way too graphic to show on camera I can't afford medical care because we don't have universal healthcare in USA. All I can do put a bandage on it. Someone please tell me how to immigrate to a safer country with universal healthcare." [6]
When questioned by a curious fan about who had caused the trip, Josh replied that it was someone wearing a Wendy’s T-shirt, though it was confirmed they were not. This further raises the theory that Josh lives in quiet fear of fast food employees.
