Josh is well known to be cruel to animals and has a general disregard for most living things, he has been filmed stomping a fish to death, thrown a fish out of an open window, and frequently threatens to hit or eat Bambi and Frankie, kicks Frankie, and asked Danny Duncan if he could shoot his pet emu.
Incidents
Fish Stomping Incident
On the 2nd of July, 2021, Josh was filmed stomping on a live fish until it died, while laughing gleefully. This footage quickly gained attention online. In the video, Josh appeared to show little concern for the fish, smiling and seemingly enjoying the act, even stating, "I want to smash its brains out." This event is widely regarded as possibly the earliest example of Josh’s disregard for life and animal cruelty, marking a significant moment in his online history.
Chicken Cannibalism
Josh had a short-lived hyper-fixation of feeding chicken to chickens. He would go out of his way to purchase cooked chicken, then trespass on a farm and feed dead chickens to living chickens. [Date Missing]

Cat Stomping Threats
In early June 2023, more rumours circulated about Joshua killing a cat. On 3 June 2023, Josh was recording himself talking about how he wanted to stomp on another fish, a blue gill, and then stomp a cat to death.
Threats to kill Frankie
While TikTok livestreaming to 3,000 people on August 24th, 2023 when on a train, Joshua brought up Mr. Based and his dog. He then threatened that he would "kill" Mr. Based's dog Frankie.
Hurting Mr. Based's cat Bambi
On October 6th, 2024, whilst at Mr Based's apartment, Bambi the cat walked across Josh's leg. Joshua quickly and violently shoved Bambi into something made from glass. Josh claimed that Bambi "scratched" him. Mr. Based then replied that Josh "Could've killed her".
Bambi, however, did not appear to have scratched Josh, making this yet another suspected lie.
Hitting Frankie
On October 26th, 2024, whilst on a Mr Based livestream, Frankie the dog approached Josh and Josh started repeatedly hitting Frankie. Mr Based told Josh off.
Desiring to kill Danny Duncan's pet Emu
On a YouTube video published January 13th, 2025, Joshua asked if he could kill Danny Duncan's pet Emu. When Duncan responded angrily, Joshua responded with a smile, "I didn't know [it was] your [emu]."[13]
Eating a 'Golden Retriever' in Japan
Josh reported to Mr. Based, after returning home from Japan, that he tried an illicit 'dog cafe' where they served cooked dog meat, and he had eaten what was told to him to be golden retriever.
Throwing Fish Out of a Window
In a video that circulated online in April 2025, Josh was seen holding a goldfish in a plastic bag that he then tossed out of an open window on the second floor of a building.
