Josh gets admitted to a psychiatric hospital after threatening suicide and vomiting at a bar and saying the N-word.

July 14 Josh gets fry-bagged resulting in a crashout where he bites his knee and hits Alyssa when she attempts to restrain him.
July 4 Josh has an extremely violent meltdown to the point where Tony Bame snapped at him. Eventually, Josh was arrested.
July 3 Josh defecates on himself.
June 29 Josh does sexual and violent acts to a doll before stomping on it.
June 11 Josh leaves New Orleans and lands in California.
June 10 Josh gets fry-bagged by an undercover cop using his PA.
