He is a YouTube prankster from Las Vegas, who has successfully caused Josh to have a major crash out on several of his trips to Vegas, both of which became content for Douglas' YouTube channel. He has also made other Josh Block related videos, such as one where he blasts the audio of Josh's crash outs in a library. Josh often refers to him as the Evil Witch. He has appeared every time that Josh has been to Las Vegas. At one point, he was able to trick Josh into thinking that he was a different person named Rougla. Josh only found out after he left Las Vegas. He has now become Josh's Las Vegas handler.
