		[[Josh Block\|Josh]] is notorious for his poor hygiene, as a result of his autism, alcoholism, and [[Homeless Arc\|lack of a home]]. He is known to pick his nose, ears, and rear end, not change his clothes for weeks on end, avoid showering, sleep on public transport, and eat/drink/touch filthy items. Many videos have captured Josh walking through the streets covered in his own bodily fluids, which he appears to be indifferent towards. Josh regularly gets [[List of Josh's Tattoos\|tattoos]] that he does not take care of, running the risk of infection. Notably in late 2024, Josh's hygiene became so bad that he broke out in a severe rash and was [[Monkey Pox Scare\|mistakenly diagnosed with monkey pox]].
