During this effort, Josh confusedly asked, “Oh, you’re Mr. Based?” before breaking free and falling into the road, narrowly avoiding traffic and screaming at the top of his lungs. Mr. Based helped him up, but Josh insisted he was “fine” and demanded they proceed with the haircut.
