In February 2025, during the Travel Arc, Josh went on a brief vacation to Japan, and as usual caused havoc and chaos. At least one footage of his chaos emerged on TMZ.[2] At one point he was dragged out of a bar, causing him to possibly mock George Floyd by stating that he can't breathe.
While in Japan, Josh went to an alleged "dog cafe" and ate some mystery meat that tasted like chicken, which he thought was from a Golden Retriever.[3] He claimed later that it caused his pancreatitis after he got detained in the American Dream Mall.[4] This is despite the fact that there is no scientific link between dog meat and pancreatitis.
