== School Years ==
Josh is [[Autism|autistic]], which in many cases, including Josh's, coincides with learning disabilities and barriers. In the 2021 "This is My City" documentary, [[Grandpa Block]] confirmed that Josh was in "the most restrictive class" in Virginia Beach. Grandpa Block successfully fought to keep Josh out of special education classes once he was in New York. Josh graduated high school at 19 years old.
