Due to [[Josh Block|Josh's]] [[alcoholism]], [[Homeless Era|vagrancy]], and often violent [[meltdowns]], he has had many encounters with law enforcement, 2 resulting in arrests. Block's encounters with law enforcement have resulted in many discussions on platforms like Reddit and X focusing on his behavior, mental health, and responsibilities as an influencer. The subway surfing arrest, in particular, raised concerns about public safety, while later incidents such as the Japan incident led to more mixed reactions regarding his well-being.

On July 4, 2025, while in Newport Beach, California, [[Josh]] had one of the most intense meltdowns he ever had, even being violent toward [[Tony Bame]] during the stream. It is unknown what triggered the crashout as the stream started as it was happening, but it was worsened with trolls [[frybagging]] him. Josh's meltdown was so intense that he resisted being held back and spat on the trolls. He also got very aggressive to many people who were trying to hold him back. The arrest comes after Josh’s “sober week”. It is currently unknown what exactly caused Josh crash out hard, but he was arrested for assault and battery from the incident.

On April 8th 2025, Josh flew to Dubai in the [[United Arab Emirates]] for a vacation, he had previously announced in April 2024. Upon arrival on April 9th, Joshua was denied entry into the country by the Dubai authorities for unknown reasons, but likely due to arriving there drunk, or his history of assault and public indecency. Josh was deported from the country and arrived back in [[New York City|New York]] the following day.

On the 14th of September, 2025, the owner of the Airbnb that Josh was staying at called police to trespass Josh, Tony and the rest of their group after he walked into a party that was taking place.

On the 20th of September, 2025, Josh was lectured by a cop in Nashville, who recognized Josh, that his crashouts could be grounds for an arrest.
