Upon introducing himself, Jason was rebuffed by Josh, who reportedly shouted "SCRAM, BITCH!" before instructing his tour guests to flee. The interaction lasted approximately one minute.

Approximately one week later, a second encounter occurred between the two. Jason attempted reconciliation by apologizing and offering friendship, prompting a similar reaction from Josh, who again demanded that Jason leave. Witnesses reported Josh shouting "Get him, get him!" while a tour guest to take action against Jason. The confrontation escalated when Josh threw a drink at Jason, who then pursued him. Notably, Jason was banned off kick again on June 24, apparently for sexually assaulting fellow streamer [[Carldo]]'s girlfriend. On the 4th of July of 2025, Josh had a massive crashout where he became very violent toward many people. He was arrested and charged with battery, and underwent state-ordered rehabilitation for his alcoholism.

In February 2026, Josh was out of rehab, and began posting on social media again while sober. He is also eating a lot more, and fans claim that he looks significantly worse while sober.
