On July 4, 2025, while in Newport Beach, California, [[Josh]] had one of the most intense meltdowns he ever had, even being violent toward [[Tony Bame]] during the stream. It is unknown what triggered the crashout as the stream started as it was happening, but it was worsened with trolls [[frybagging]] him. Josh's meltdown was so intense that he resisted being held back and spat on the trolls. He also got very aggressive to many people who were trying to hold him back. [[Tony Bame|Tony]] also crashed out on Josh after he spat on them, leading him to break down. Josh was later arrested by the police. <ref>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xkuWCkn5a_4</ref>

The arrest comes after Josh’s “sober week”. It is currently unknown what exactly caused Josh crash out hard, but he was arrested for assault and battery from the incident.

They retaliated, with Josh striking the same girl again. In a separate video, Josh is seen running along the beach while biting his own hand, with Tony running after him. During the chase, Josh trips himself over Tony’s leg, causing both to fall. Josh was already having a meltdown when the livestream on Parti began. Within seconds, visible injuries appeared on Tony’s back, suggesting that Josh had become physically aggressive toward him. As the stream continued, Josh repeatedly complained that he couldn’t see, citing broken glasses, and began repeating several of his known catchphrases.

When a group referred to as the "frybaggers" arrived, Josh sprayed water at them. After being frybagged again, a crowd started to gather, escalating the situation into a larger scene. Josh resisted efforts to restrain him and was seen spitting at individuals nearby. This prompted Tony to lose his temper and yell at Josh, which led to Josh crying and declaring that he now hated Tony.

The situation escalated further when Josh suddenly lunged at a group of men unprovoked, attempting to attack them before being restrained. Once seated again, his meltdown intensified—he screamed repeatedly and struggled against both Tony and another individual known as "Fake Trump."

An unnamed woman approached and attempted to comfort Josh, who continued sobbing about his broken glasses. Multiple 911 calls were made, and police, fire, and medical personnel arrived on the scene shortly afterward. As emergency responders began their investigation, Josh abruptly calmed down and was ultimately arrested at the end of the stream.

Josh has been unemployed for most of his life likely due to his autism, and has no real hobbies or skills, except drinking colossal amounts of alcohol. He drinks constantly, and has been on a non-stop bender for some years now. His popularity on [[Social Media Accounts|social media]] has led to many [[trolls]] finding him and yelling the catchphrase, [["Put the Fries in the Bag"|"Put the fries in the bag!"]] which causes him to have a meltdown, better known as a crashout. Crashouts generally involve [[Self Harm|clamping his teeth down on his hand]], waving his arm around in a muppet-like fashion, hitting/kicking/biting/spitting on his victims, screaming [[Josh's Racism|slurs]] or his well known [[Josh's Catchphrases|phrases]] ("I live paycheck to paycheck!", "You unemployed rat!", "You're fucking with the middle class!" "I've only been to [X amount] of countries!", etc.)

Over the years Josh has been involved with many [[Handlers|managers/enablers]], such as [[Michael Quinn]], [[Jason Itzler|Jason "Mr. Based" Itzler]], or more recently, [[Tony|Tony Bame]]. The work of a manager usually involves providing Josh with an endless flow of alcohol, getting him a hotel room, and attempting to stop his autistic booze fueled rage, although most fail to do the latter, resulting in Josh frequently being involved in altercations, being hospitalized, or being [[Arrests & Encounters with the Law|arrested]]. Josh's main revenue stream is from money that his managers give him, or from his [[Josh's Tour Business|illegal tour business]] that he runs. Josh also has ventured into the [[Music Career|music industry]], showing up at recording studios to sing covers of songs, usually with the words changed so that the song is about alcohol.

Joshua Paul Block was born on the 7th of August 2001 to [[Family|Andrea Tobin and Allen Block]]. Joshua is of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage, but he claims to be Italian through his mother, however her maiden name Tobin is an Irish or Ashkenazi Jewish surname. He has one older brother Jacob Block, who is rumoured to be schizophenic and living in a group home, although this is unconfirmed.

Quinn's influence on Josh had become significant, as he has been involved in various aspects of Josh's life and online presence.

A notable example of Quinn's involvement occurred on April 1, 2024, during an incident on the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR). On July 8, 2023, during a live stream, Jason encountered Josh while the latter was [[Josh's Tour Business|conducting a tour]]. Upon introducing himself, Jason was rebuffed by Josh, who reportedly shouted "SCRAM, BITCH!" before instructing his tour guests to flee. The interaction lasted approximately one minute.

Approximately one week later, a second encounter occurred between the two. Jason attempted reconciliation by apologizing and offering friendship, prompting a similar reaction from Josh, who again demanded that Jason leave. Witnesses reported Josh shouting "Get him, get him!" while a tour guest to take action against Jason. The confrontation escalated when Josh threw a drink at Jason, who then pursued him. Josh subsequently fled into the street amid oncoming traffic, continuing to shout during the altercation.

Josh and Jason would cross paths once again, during a 2024 solar eclipse viewing.

On May 20, 2024, Jason streamed on Kick with Josh. The details of the stream are unclear, other than that they were at a bar, and Josh abruptly left.

Jason would continue to have Josh on his streams (how many is unclear at the moment), but was banned from the Kick platform on June 7, 2024, possibly due to Josh's outbursts towards donations. Notably, Jason was banned off kick again on June 24, apparently for sexually assaulting fellow streamer [[Carldo]]'s girlfriend. Jason was once again suspended for one month on July 2, due to a situation where he sexually assaulted a woman, gaining notable attention on Twitter (X).

From this point, the streams with Josh would become notable, as they began happening regularly.
