Durgy's Bar permits the livestreams from Mr. Based. Some streams featured the bartenders remarking how their affiliation with Josh was good for business, but many patrons loudly object to having cameras pointed at them. On some occasions Josh flees into the bar to seek refuge as he's being pursued by trolls, bringing a commotion inside.

Sun Gazers are people who believe there are benefits to staring directly at the sun. Mr. Based claims he had been informed of Josh by a friend and instructed on how to come in with contact with Josh. Jason proceeded to stream-snipe Josh, causing a crash out. Over time, they would develop a working relationship that would lead to Jason acting as a soft manager for Josh. In the last year, Jason has captured many of Josh's more prominent or legendary crashouts.

In this role, Mr. Based was acquiring hotel rooms for Josh, while hosting Josh for a youtube show (and eventually Parti - which is a smaller streaming platform). Jason/Mr. Based's live streaming content consists of people sending in Text to Speech donations that are read out to Josh and Jason. These donations often insult Josh/Mr. Based, make racist remarks about Jewish, Black, Indian, Asian people, make remarks about women, or work to incur a reaction of Josh. Sometimes people send food or the police to Jason's residence in the East Village in New York City. OneSonic is an IRL streamer who has streamed with [[Joshua Block|Josh]] on multiple occasions. OneSonic was one of [[Mr. Based]]'s early IRL streaming collaborators, and according to Based 'discovered' him and helped him start streaming. There was conflict between OneSonic, Josh and MrBased for spoiling the ruse of their party's escape from Quad Recording Studios, while [[Doozycruz]] waited outside to accost Josh.

OneSonic was part of the harassment of Alex Novell that led to Mr. Based's warrant and violation of his restraining order.

OneSonic introduced Letty to Josh and Mr. Based.

OneSonic and MrBased have had multiple drunken fights.
