On September 17, 2024, after a troll proceeded to frybag Josh while he was with Mr. Based outside Based's apartment, Josh proceeded to kick two people as well as damage the roof of a van.
Prior Events
Earlier that day, Josh went with Michael Quinn to a bar called The Spainard, presumably to try forgetting last night's events, and came to Mr. Based's Apartment drunk during Mr. Based's livestream. Josh asked for a Twisted Tea and then blew into a breathalyzer, which showed a BAC of .15, which is considered high, even though Mr. Based claimed it was "pretty low." Mr. Based then showed Josh underwear and socks that he bought, and told Josh to change it in a bathroom. While changing, Josh appeared to suffer a hallucination, and stated that his life was ruined. Despite that, Josh was able to change into new underwear and socks. Some time later, Mr. Based himself went to the bathroom, leaving Josh alone, where Josh proceeded to smile while repeating the n-word. During the livestream, Josh played a gambling app called Triumph Arcade as well as endorsed them because they sponsored the video for $3000. When Josh heard the amount, he demanded that $1500 immediately be sent to him first. During this time, Josh had numerous meltdowns caused by TTS, including one where Josh showed off his diaper. Josh claimed that his favorite game on the app was "Peg Master". [1] Due to all the meltdowns, the resulting endorsement ad is of poor quality with numerous weird edits.[2] Towards the end of the stream, Josh had a crashout after a TTS referred to him as a "spoiled brat", causing him to use his hat to smash Mr. Based as well as his phone. After another TTS, he bit his hands and shook Mr. Based's selfie stick, while Mr. Based was screaming, "NO!" Frankie then began to bite Josh, causing him to let go of the selfie stick. The livestream ended shortly after Mr. Based told Josh to move his feet, prompting him to have yet another crashout. Mr. Based and Josh then sat on the front stairs to his apartment, where Based recorded a TikTok video stating that Matan Even was coming tomorrow, which he ended up not doing.
The Incident
After the video was done recording, a troll in a car went by and frybagged him, causing Josh to run and have the biggest crashout of the day. This was documented in a video recorded by the troll themselves. Mr. Based then recorded a video showing Josh running up and kicking a woman who was with her boyfriend. Mr. Based told Josh to apologize, which Josh refused. The troll then frybagged Josh again, causing Josh to kick another man. Josh then proceded to climb onto a white van and stomped on its roof, claiming that it was the "troll's car." Mr. Based then threatened Josh that they were going to stop livestreaming for at least a week.
Aftermath
The owner of the van proceeded to call the police and recorded the interaction on TikTok live.[3]
